- Rebecca Sue Batalis, 39, 171 N. Wall St., Liberty Mills, arrested for driving while suspended with prior, possession of paraphernalia and possession of meth. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
- Richard W. Gensch, 48, 303 S. Washington St., Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700 cash.
- Matthew Alan Lucas, 37, 2501 West Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a narcotic, between 1-5 grams. Bond: $15,000 surety and $250 cash.
