- 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 4600 block East CR 500S, Warsaw. Jima L. Masterson reported an a attempted fraud on her bank account.
- 1:20 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 3700 block West Old Road 30, Warsaw, Jennifer L. Young reported a stolen license plate.
- 3:03 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 8200 block East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Shellie L. Vanover reported the theft of medication.
- 8:54 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 9200 block West CR 500N, north of CR 920W, Etna Green. Police were called to the area regarding a possible accident and discovered an individual who was reported missing from Chicago.
- 2:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 29, 300 block West Walnut Street, Claypool. Kyle E. Bradrord reported prescription and three outfits stolen from a vehicle.
- 8:40 a.m. Monday, Dec. 29, 3800 block East Oldfield Drive, Leesburg. Chad M. Sherman reported damage to two vehicles.
- 9:50 a.m. Monday, Dec. 29, 12900 block North Warner Road, Syracuse. Ray Swartzendruber reported the theft of a cordless tool set, valued at $118.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident reports:
