- 1:11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 23, 7400 block West SR 25 and South Tinkey Road, Mentone. Jordan M. Fraser reported a traffic accident where the driver of the other vehicle had left the scene.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 5:45 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 23, 2500 block Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Wal-Mart Super Center reported a theft.
- 12:09 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 23, 500 block North Grant Street, Warsaw. Sean M. Boyer reported a license plate stolen from a vehicle.
- 4:05 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, 1300 block North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Ann D. Halfacre reporting a missing credit card.
