Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
8:18 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, West US 30 and North 650W. Warsaw. Driver: Derek S. Johnston, 18, 605 12th Road, Bourbon. Hit deer. Damage up to $10,000.
11:58 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, South Magee Road, south of East 400S, Warsaw. Driver: Matthew T. Boggs, 22, South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Charged with driving while intoxicated. Boggs’ vehicle went off the road at County Farm Road and East CR 400S, hitting a utility pole and going into a field. The vehicle was brought back onto the roadway and traveled south of Magee Road. When Boggs attempted to pull into the yard at a residence, he stated he lost control of braking and steering systems, hitting a cement block garage. Boggs complained of lip pain and received medical attention at the scene. Damage up to $10,000 damage.
8:25 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, North SR 15, south of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Driver: Jesse B. Deloe, 80, Camelot Drive, Winona Lake. Hit deer. Damage up to $10,000.
11:21 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, South SR 25 east of south CR 550W, Warsaw. Driver: Ramiro Cervantesnunes, 45, Rieder Street, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000 damage.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
2:51 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, Hepler Drive south of West Lake Street, Warsaw. Joshua M. Bellamy 23, West Center Street, Warsaw. Bellamy lost control of his vehicle, went off the road, hit a guide wire. Bellamy cited for driving while suspended. Damage up to $2,500.
2:26 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, East Prairie Street, Warsaw. Mfon E. Esah, 62,North Lake Street, Warsaw. Esah turned too sharp backing from a parking space and hit a parked vehicle registered to Mary Jane Myers, South CR 450W, Claypool. Damage up to $2,500.
11:47 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, 1409 Greenhill Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Dario P. Lagorio, 21, Windsor Way, Warsaw. Lagorio was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Lagorio struck a parked vehicle registered to Heriberto Sanchez, Greenhill Drive, Warsaw, which was pushed over a mailbox. Damage up to $10,000.
3:12 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, East Winona Avenue and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Hannah R. Berg, 20, West Union Street, Claypool. Berg swerved to miss a moped, hit a curb. Damage up to $10,000.
