Two additional photos have been provided by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department Crime Scene Unit from the Friday evening attempted robbery in Leesburg, Indiana.
KCSD Detectives stated that additional information obtained from witnesses has determined that the suspect was possibly between 5’5″ and 5’7″ in height, Caucasian male, and is potentially a teenager. Video enhancement from the surveillance footage has also determined that the suspect was wearing a black or dark blue colored zip-up jacket, with what appears to be a white “Air-Jordan/NIKE” embroidered on the front chest, along with a white zipper and white striping near the shoulder areas.
The Winona Lake Police Department K-9 unit had initially tracked the suspect east of the Freedom Express station along Prairie Street, then to an alley before ending near the downtown area of Leesburg.
