Dylan James Houser
MILFORD — Dylan James Houser, 21, 513 E. Beer Road, Milford, was arrested early this morning, Sept. 15, on a warrant for two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. Both charges are level 4 felonies.
Authorities in North Manchester were notified by an adult that a female, between the ages of 14 and 16, admitted to having a sexual relationship with Houser. The individual reporting the incident advised they had observed the female’s cellular phone had inappropriate messages from Houser that led to the female admitting to the relationship.
Police spoke with the female who reported in July 2016 she went on a trip with Houser and another individual at which time they kissed. In March 2017, the relationship reportedly expanded to a sexual relationship, which lasted until May 2017 and occurred in Wabash County as well as Houser’s residence at 718 W. Center St., Warsaw.
Authorities found text messages between Houser and the female on her cellphone.
Houser would not speak with police.
