Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:
5:40 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13, North Parker Street, south of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Drivers: Manuel A. Rodriguez, 20, East Hovey Street, Atwood, and Andrea L Reed, 30, East Main Street, Atwood. The Rodriguez vehicle struck the back of the Reed vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:
4:07 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, North SR 13, north of East CR 400N, North Webster. Drivers: Richard D. Hagan, 30, EMS B14 Lane, Pierceton, and Larry W. Roe, 46, North Midlake Drive, North Webster. Hagan’s vehicle struck the back of the Roe vehicle. Hagan was cited for driving while suspended. Damage up to $10,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
8:54 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, US 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Tammy L. Gettinger, 58, West Lincolnway, Columbia City, and Luis A. De La Cruz Gomez, 30, East CR 200N, Lot 155, Warsaw. Gettinger complained of pain to her chest and was checked at the scene by EMS. Gettinger was turning west onto US 30 from Center Street, failing to see the Gomez vehicle crossing the intersection. Damage up to $10,000.
5:19 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, Ranch Road and Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Benjamin D. Bergman, 22, South CR 400E, Claypool, and Sandra L. Howard, no age or address was available. Howard complained of pain to her right foot but declined medical treatment at the scene. Bergman’s vehicle struck the back of the Howard vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
12:23 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13, SR 15, north of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Keegan R. Bayne, 19, East CR 200N. Lot 189, Warsaw, and Michele N. Bottoms, 42, Roberts Road, Woodburn. Bayne’s vehicle struck the back of the Bottoms vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
