Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 1:24 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, 100 block West Spring Street, Etna Green. Daniel J. Riffle, and Erin D. Beatty reported their vehicle’s collided.
- 11:38 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, 300 block East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Stephen Meck and Wilma G. Justice reported their vehicle’s collided on private property.
- 4:47 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 100 block EMS D21 Lane, Syracuse. Autumn Ann Pebley reported the theft of lawn care tools.
- 4:43 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 100 block South Main Street, Leesburg. Elisamuel Martinez attempted to pay with a $100 bill at a gas station in Leesburg, which was thought to be counterfeit but determined to be authentic by a bank.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 9:06 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, 1300 block Mariners Drive, Warsaw. Maria G. Garcia De Valencia reported a theft of items from her vehicle.
- 11:34 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 1100 block East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Ashley Lynn Walker reported the theft of jewelry and cash.
- 4:17 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, 1200 block Lake City Highway. Officials at Meijer reported the theft of $61.99 worth of merchandise.
- 2:24 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 3200 block Old Colony Road, Warsaw. April Dawn Williamson reported a rock was thrown through a window at her home.
- 12:38 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2500 block Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Officials with Walmart reported a shoplifter was caught shoplifting food items.
Goshen
Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 10:45 a.m. 2900 block South Main Street, Goshen. Jerry Parcell, 68, North Webster, reported his vehicle was damaged while parked in the parking lot at Bethany Christian School, 2904 S. Main St., Goshen.
