
The driver of the Buick LeSabre was air lifted to a Fort Wayne Hospital as a precaution for possible head injuries.
SYRACUSE — A male driver has been air lifted to a Fort Wayne Hospital as a precaution following a two-vehicle accident on the Elkhart/Kosciusko County Line Road and Warner Road, north of Syracuse. The accident occurred at approximately 2:44 p.m. today, Monday, March 27.
According to information at the scene, the male driver of a Buick LeSabre pulled out in front of the driver of a Chrevrolet truck. The driver of the Buick suffered possible head injuries. The driver of the Chevrolet truck was not injured.
Turkey Creek Township Fire Department and Syracuse Police responded.
A landing zone for the air ambulance was set up at Wawasee High School.
