The foot of the the driver on the Ford Fusion slipped off the brake onto the gas causing it to hit the back of the PT Cruiser.
SYRACUSE —Drivers of two vehicles suffered minor injuries in a rear-end collision on SR 13, south of Pickwick Road in Syracuse. The accident occurred at approximately 4:50 p.m.
Syracuse Police report both vehicles were northbound when the foot of the driver of a Ford Fusion slipped off the brake onto the gas. The Ford struck the back of a PT Cruiser. Both drivers complained of pain but refused medical treatment at the scene.
Turkey Creek Township Fire Department and Syracuse Police responded.
