BREMEN — A Fort Wayne man was flown to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, following a single vehicle accident near Bremen Wednesday, Feb. 10.
Hsar Wah, 23, Fort Wayne, suffered a broken leg in the accident, which occurred at 1:30 p.m. on SR 331, south of Fifth Road, near Bremen.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department reported Wah was northbound on SR 33 in his 2009 Toyota Matrix when his vehicle encountered a slick and snow covered roadway. The vehicle went off the east side of the road, hitting a ditch, wire fence and NIPSCO pole. Wah was pinned inside his vehicle and extricated by the Bremen Fire Department.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by Bremen Police, Indiana State Police, Bremen Fire Department, Bremen EMS, Samaritan Medical Helicopter and Lyon’s Wrecker Service.
