BOURBON — Bourbon Police Officers Matt Geiger and Carl Amsden encountered reluctance of an individual to be placed under arrest Friday evening.
Geiger and Amsden arrived at 603 N. Main St., at approximately 10:45 p.m. Friday to serve a warrant on Joey Lemler. Officers explained the warrant to Lelmer who denied the accusation and tried to avoid and fight the officers.
Lemler was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He is being held on $750 cash bond.
