Anthony Ricchio
PLYMOUTH — Marshall County Police arrested Anthony Sando Ricchio, 18, Winamac, on a number of charges following a traffic stop early this morning, Thursday, Oct. 22.
At approximately 2:01 a.m. a Marshall County Sheriff’s officer conducted a traffic stop on US 31, near Veterans Parkway. RIcchio was subsequently arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
