WARSAW — Warsaw Plan Commission held a brief meeting, eight minutes total, Monday evening to approve one item of business.
Commission members approved the final plate for the Warsaw Technology Park, phase one. The plat has been divided into four lots. At present two lots are available to build, while the third lot includes the park’s ready-to-move-in spec building.
Jeremy Skinner, city planner, noted during other business, he will be bringing to the commission a revision to the city’s ordnance relating to height restrictions for industrial buildings. Currently industrial and residential have the same height restrictions, 35 feet. Commercial buildings have a 60-foot limit.
The next meeting of the commission will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13.
