Tuesday, Sept. 22 — Plymouth City Hall Common Council Chambers, 124 N. Michigan St., 9-11 a.m.; Culver-Union Township Public LIbrary, 107 N. Main St., noon-2 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 24 — Wabash City Hall, Chamber of Commerce, second floor, 210 S. Wabash St., noon-2 p.m.; North Manchester Public Library, 405 N. Market St., 3-5 p.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 29 — Bell Memorial Public Library, 101 W. Main St., Mentone, 10 a.m. to noon; Syracuse Town Hall, small board room, 310 N. Huntington St., 2-4 p.m.
