Elkhart

The following individual was arrested and booked in the Elkhart County Detention Facility:

Aug. 12

  • Jeffery Leonard Cripe, 41, 9631 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement/resisting with a vehicle, two counts of false informing and driving while suspended. Bond: $150.

Kosciusko

The following people were arrested and booked in the Kosciusko County Jail:

Aug. 12

  • Derrick Scott Gasaway, 24, 4335 E. 725S, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass and possession of schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance. Bond: $500 cash.
  • Allan Duane Abbott, 42, homeless, arrested on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15; two counts of domestic battery and theft. Bond: $10,000 surety and $850 cash.
  • Kira Margaret Tuttle, 33, 3699 N. 175E, Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
  • William Jay Marsillett, 55, 3699 N 175E, Warsaw, arrested for possession meth, enhanced and under 5 grams, maintaining a common nuisance; and dealing meth, enhanced and between 1-5 grams. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
  • Natalie Erin Johnson, 21, 9918 Ridge Drive, Indianapolis, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15. No bond listed.
  • Maritza Medina, 38, 832 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $450 cash.
  • Aaron J. Hoffman, 31, 3434 W. Doe Court, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of meth and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
