Lois J. Stone, 69, Claypool, passed away at 7:45 p.m. Friday, July 17, 2015, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
Lois was born Nov. 30, 1945, in Flint, Mich., to Amos and Ora M. (Stiltner) Stone.
A Claypool resident, Lois was an industrial sewer for Da-Lite Screen and had been in their employment for 43 years until the time of her death.
She was an artist who enjoyed painting and drawing. Lois loved spending time with her family — especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include two sons: Robert Johnson of Claypool and Lonnie Shoffner of Middlesboro, Ky.; daughter: Sherrie Pratt and her partner, Colleen Edwards of Silver Lake; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A son, Larry Johnson, preceded Lois in death.
There will be no visitation or service. Burial will take place at a later date in Middlesboro, Ky.
Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of choice or simple acts of kindness may be done for others in Lois’ memory.
Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, was in charge of arrangements.
