Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
8:05 p.m. Thursday, June 4, Lake City Highway and North Detroit Street. Driver: Dominic F. Tripoli, 44, North Wells Street, Fort Wayne. Deer hit vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
3:13 p.m. Thursday, June 4, West CR 250N and North Detroit Street. Drivers: Mark A. Nordman, 50, South CR 700W, Burket, and Phillip M. Armie, 47, West Hoffman Lake Road, Warsaw. Nordman’s vehicle struck the back of the Armie vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
3:02 p.m. Thursday, North Parker Street and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Driver: Clay A. Layne, 45, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, and Victor R. Hartman, 70, Heritage Lane, Warsaw. Layne’s vehicle struck the back of the Hartman vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
2:47 p.m. Thursday, June 4, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Janice C. Osborn, 57, East CR 100S, Pierceton, and Terry L. Worley, 49, East Sycamore Street, Silver Lake. Osborn turned her vehicle too wide to access a pump at Mejer hitting the back of a trailer attached Worley’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
11:02 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, East Main Street, Warsaw. Driver: Pamela C. Heintzelman, 41, West Hillside Drive., Syracuse. Heintzelman was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Heintzelman’s vehicle went off the road, over the street curbing and into the lawn at 813 E. Main St., over a porch light and back onto the roadway. Damage under $750.
