Emily Rose Kuhns, 2-day old infant daughter of Joni and Lizzie (Herschberger) Kuhns, West CR 900N, Milford, died at 12:58 pm, Friday, May 22, 2015, at IU Health Goshen Hospital.
She was born May 20, 2015, at New Eden Care Center, Topeka.
Emily’s parents are members of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving with her parents are grandparents, Freeman and Irene Kuhns, Milford, and John and Mary Esther Herschberger, Topeka; and great-grandmother, Lizzie (Ben-deceased) Herschberger, Topeka.
Funeral Services were held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 25, 2015, at the family residence. Home Ministry of the Old Order Amish Church will officiate. Burial will be in Graber Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Kuhns and Andrew Herschberger.
Arrangements are with Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.
