The following individuals were sentenced in a Kosciusko County Court:
May 6
- Aaron Joseph Miller, 36, 5120 W. 1200S, Silver Lake, sentenced for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Received a 90-day driver’s license suspension, given a 60 day jail sentence with 51 days suspended, to serve nine days in the county jail.
May 4
- Shawn Casey Smoker, 27, 27 EMS W25 Lane, North Webster, sentenced for OWI with prior. He was given a one year driver’s license suspension, retroactive to June 5, 2014; a 36 month jail sentence, with 24 months suspension to be served on probation, to serve 12 months.
- Walter Alan Vitalone Jr., 52, 313 N. Buffalo St., Warsaw, sentenced for criminal conversion. He was sentenced to eight months in the Kosciusko County Jail on April 8 and was ordered to report to the jail on May 4.
