Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
11:45 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, South SR 15 and West CR 300S, Warsaw. Driver: Rosa L. Nunez, 41, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Jeffrey D. Rohrer, West CR 600S, Claypool, was driving a county highway truck southbound on SR 15 and was turning left when Nunez began passing the truck on the left. Rohrer was able to stop the truck before the vehicles collided. Nunez’ swerved to avoid hitting the truck, sliding off the roadway, hitting a fence. Damage up to $5,000.
2:32 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, South SR 19, south of West CR 600S, Mentone. Driver: April L. Dailey, 56, West CR 700S, Claypool. Dailey’s vehicle hit a snow drift causing her to run off road, hitting fence. Damage up to $10,000.
11:05 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, North CR 325E, south of East CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Brianne C. Finch, 27, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, and Karen R. Rider, 52, East Backwater Road, North Webster. Finch’s vehicle hit the side of the Rider vehicle as it was turning into a drive. Damage up to $10,000

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
3:29 p.m. Wednesday Feb. 25, East Winona Avenue, west of South Scott Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Gerald D. Konkle, 77, Fisher Avenue, Warsaw, and Jeffery L. Grindle, 54, South 400E, Pierceton. Konkle’s vehicle hit the back of the Grindle vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
3:19 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, South High Street and East Market Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Charles E. Duncan, 53, South SR 15, Silver Lake, and Chad M. Morgan, 35, Dot Street, Warsaw. Morgan complained of pain to the back. Damage up to $2,500.
11:13 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Drivers: Ana L. Rodriguez-Juarez, 17, North Vicky Lane, Warsaw, and Brittini J. Elrod, 17, North Nancy Drive, Warsaw. Rodriguez-Juarez was backing from parking space and failed to see the Elrod vehicle driving through the parking lot. Damage up to $2,500.
